Q. I have a group interview in a few days at Bank of America after I applied for the teller position. Does anyone know what these are like, what to expect, or any good suggestions before going to the interview? Thanks!

A. I actually just went through a Bank of America group interview! There are a few things.. you turn in all the necessary paperwork that the recruiter sent you in the email invitation and make necessary corrections. Then, during the interview: of course, you do your introductions and listen to everyone else's response. Hint: Make sure you always pay attention even if it's not your turn! There might also be a portion where you have to do a sales pitch-- the recruiter will give each of you an item and you have to sell it to the whole group in 1 min. Be creative! At the end, he/she will ask the usual interview questions. Stay positive, smile, and good luck with your interview!
